GETTING TO DFW AIRPORT FROM SMU/MOCKINGBIRD STATION

You have choices when GOGOWACO.COM drops you off at SMU/Mockingbird Station……

If you have some excess time before your DFW flight you can take advantage of the wonderful variety of restaurants, services, and shops at Mockingbird Station Shopping Center. Perhaps you need a touch up on your nails or a blow out of your hair. Maybe you need a new set of sneakers! The sky’s the limit!

However, you may just want to get to DFW Airport sooner than later. Contacting a rideshare company like Uber or Lyft will likely be the quickest way depending on traffic conditions. The good thing about this is they can drop you off at the precise terminal you’re flying from. Rideshare isn’t really very expensive, especially if you have people traveling with you to share the cost.

If you want to use DART Rail (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) you can pick up the Orange Line at Mockingbird Station and take it directly into Terminal A of DFW Airport. This trip only costs a maximum of $3 per person per trip (some cheaper fares are available too). It takes a little more than an hour as it has 17 stops along the way. This is possibly faster than a car if you’re traveling at rush hour. Just download the GoPass app on Apple or Android. You can buy your tickets and keep track of the arrival times on your phone.
